The Brief

Our clients wished to relocate from their existing offices to new premises, which would include a lecture theatre, meeting room and office space. The new accommodation required to provide a professional public aspect for workshops and lectures whilst also maintaining the everyday office administration.


The main concept was to provide a clear idea of threshold and circulation to the new accommodation. By creating a recognizable public entrance and route any visitor would inherently understand their path. A second subtle path would be used everyday by the staff of the company.


Existing structural layout and services risers were maintained insitu and through subtle changes to the layout, internal circulation and decoration, a radically different result was achieved.
